Description

On Mac, if building all as Development clean, tt.overdrive~ fails to build.

The reason seems to be that the project includes

../../../extensions/TTEffectsLib/build/Deployment/TTEffectsLib.ttdylib

I would suggest that TTEffectsLib is instead built to

../../../extensions/TTEffectsLib/build/TTEffectsLib.ttdylib

regardless of being Development or Release, so that we can solve this issue.

Without knowing much about how the projects for Windows are set up, maybe this would also be an issue to look at in relation to #281?
