it could be nice to have a ramp attribute in jcom.map, so that, when using input and output addresses, a ramp can be added to the output

this would just add a ramp n message at the end of the value for all @ramp n, with n>0

the interest of this is to be able to perform similar mappings to those in 0.5's jmod.continuousMapper with one object only...

though there will still be some nice little features missing, like derivatives...
